Arizona State University leadership has been closely following events and public health recommendations surrounding the outbreak and spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Because the health and safety of our campus community is our priority, we want to share an update as we continue to monitor COVID-19.
We also understand that your school is implementing its own measures regarding COVID-19, and want to provide the following helpful resources to you and your students.
Though classes at ASU have moved to remote options through the end of the spring semester, the university remains open.
At this time, all upcoming on-campus ASU visit experiences and Sun Devil Days for prospective students are canceled and will be moving to a daily virtual experience.
Live-hosted virtual campus visit events
We will be offering several virtual Experience ASU information sessions Monday through Saturday for prospective students through Zoom. These sessions with ASU enrollment team members will consist of ASU information sessions and the opportunity for a live Q&A.Register for any Monday–Friday at 12:30 p.m.
Register for Monday or Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Register for Saturday at 9 a.m.
Virtual high school visits
Our admission team is fully prepared to provide virtual enrollment and financial aid workshops to you and your students during the school day. Please work with your admission team member to develop a program to meet your needs.
Individual phone and virtual appointments
Our admission team has implemented scheduling software so students and families may schedule one-on-one appointments. Students and families may access appointments by visiting admission.asu.edu/findmyrep. Our team members are ready to help students through the enrollment and financial aid processes.
Recruitment team financial aid training
This January, our admission team members participated in an extensive financial aid training program, and are well-versed in assisting students with understanding their financial aid package or completing any verification tasks they may have.
