Sports and outdoors

If you’re a sports fan in Phoenix, you’re in luck. The metro Phoenix area is home to all of Arizona’s professional sports teams, and hosts 13 professional baseball teams in the spring for the Cactus League spring training. And, as a Sun Devil, you’ll be able to cheer on all 26 of ASU’s Pac-12 sports teams throughout the year.

Arizona offers a wide variety of outdoor surroundings and activities

If being outdoors is your thing, Phoenix has you covered. Not only do we have beautiful weather nearly year-round, the city has miles of hiking and biking trails to explore, lakes for water sports, and tons more.
