A second bachelor’s degree applicant is a student who has obtained a bachelor’s degree from another U.S. regionally accredited institution or accredited international institution and is applying to pursue a second bachelor’s degree from ASU.

What are the admission requirements for a second bachelor's degree?
Students seeking a second baccalaureate degree must meet that program’s admission requirements. After conferral of the first degree, the student must successfully complete a minimum of 30 credit hours in resident credit courses at ASU to earn the second bachelor’s degree. The student must meet all degree and university requirements for the second degree. High school transcripts are not required unless you have selected a degree program with higher admission requirements that requires them. Learn more about:

What are the second bachelor’s degree requirements?
- You must have graduated from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university.
- You must have a minimum 2.00 cumulative transfer GPA.
